what are some healthy/good foods that include chicken? want To Lose Weight and eat healthy…?

I really want to start eating healthy and Losing Weight because i’ve been eating horribly lately and feel that I am putting on weight. The only thing is, i’m really picky. I mostly only eat chicken but not in a healthy way. I hardly eat vegetables unless it’s carrot sticks and dip, or if I eat a salad I’ll just have lettuce in it with cheese and chicken.

Also; when I go to the store, I always see weight watchers frozen dinners or all those other frozen dinners that aren’t suppose to be a lot of calories and are suppose to be good/healthy for you. Are they really that healthy?

What are some healthy foods that taste good? It doesn’t have to just include chicken. I need all the ideas/help I can get. Thanks.

I would buy a frozen package of the chicken tenders and just defrost a few. You can poach them for the most healthful manner of cooking. The other ways add to much heat to the animal protein which is carcinogenic. You can eat the WW, just don’t eat any parts that has too many ingredients. Substitute with a fresh salad and another vegetable. Try to eat plain foods, like apples and oranges. It takes a while to get used to a simpler way of eating. You are supposed to eat fish for Omega 3′s, so consider seafood as well. You can poach those, too. That’s what I do. The taste you crave might represent the fact that you have become used to eating salt on everything and condiments. If you want to clean up the diet, eat as plain as possible. You will see results immediately. But don’t eat any cheese at all. It will sabotage your progress. The scale will tell you if I am correct or not.
