Jogging To Lose Weight

How can I start a daily jogging routine and lose weight?
I don’t really like doing workout videos bcuz some are too easy, and some are too confusing. So i decided that i should start jogging. What part of your body does joggiong work out? And how can i become a good runner? my mile was 8 minutes and 20 seconds. is that good for a 13 year old who is out of shape? (5’3,129 pounds.) I just want to be able to get my speed a little bit faster and i want To Lose Weight.
Good choice. Find a jogging pace that lets you jog for 20 – 30 minutes.

I would jog for 5 – 6 MPH at a time and then crank it up to 8 – 10 mph for 30 seconds to 1 minute then back to a jogging pace.. this will maximize fat burning.
