I need help Losing Weight and looking better?
Okay so Im in 7th grade, I know Im young for worrying about this. But I feel really tired and i am overweight, not obese or anything but a little overweight. I need and want To Lose Weight and be pretty finally. But ive been trying for about a few years and i keep giving up. I dont know wat to do anymore. Suggestions? Oh and my family buys alot of junk and i cant stop them.
Well the simple answer is diet and exercise. When you go grocery shopping with your family try buying fruit so that when you feel a craving for something sweet you’ll go for the fruit, which has like no calories, instead of junk food, which has lots of calories.
