Fun Easy Ways To Lose Weight Fast?
Okay, so I am fifteen years old. I am only five feet tall, and weigh 130 pounds. I am a little overweight and I have a special event coming up in five weeks that I would like to lose weight for.
Heres the catch. I hate working out. I mean I hate it. I live in a tiny town and we don’t have any sports going on right now, so I need some fun and easy ways to lost weight, especially in my thighs and stomach. If you have diet and workout tips they are apreciated too.

in my opinion, i prefer working out alone but you could try working out with friends

for you, in 5 weeks, I would try to lose around 10 pounds. you do not want to over do it
just some extra tips:
1. list of bad foods:
chips, popcorn(only if butter is included), cheese, anything fried, an fastfood
2. veggies, the greener the better. Fruit, the whitter the better
3. exercise, all you want is cardio at the moment. this simply means you want to lose wieght and no muscle building. just run and swim, 2 best exercises. skipping isn’t bad either
this is what i do basically(could go way into depth), may not sound fun but working out is never fun. takes a lot of work and commitment.
